This is the battle plan I send to cancer patients to get them started on a new way of eating, and thinking. Hope it helps!

“The China Study” and “Whole”, both by T. Colin Campbell.
Read the chapter “Turning Off Cancer”, and then you won’t be able to put the book down! His research gave me my life back! The China Study explains what builds cancer cells: it is animal protein that fuels tumors fast. Dairy protein is the fastest way to build tumors, so it’s the first thing to eliminate. I know this is an easy idea to resist, but I personally prefer removing meat and cheese from my diet than ORGANS from my body!
Documentaries: “Forks Over Knives” and “Eating”.

Some of the MANY foods that kill cancer:
Spinach, Kale, Carrots, Broccoli, cauliflower, Organic Non-GMO soy products, bok choy, cabbage, Asparagus, Beetroot/red beets, turmeric/curcurmin, pineapple, purple grapes, Strawberries, red raspberries, black raspberries, Blueberries, Celery, Beans, Cayenne peppers, garlic, cooked tomatoes, cashews, artichokes, watercress, etc….
The list is actually endless. If you start researching cancer-killing foods, you will find MANY. They are all from PLANTS. Whole plants.

Can we EAT to STARVE cancer?
The food you choose can be fighting cancer for you! Choose wisely and your food will be like a “preventative dose of chemotherapy” every time you eat!
I always look to the scientists. They have done the research. “The China Study” and “WHOLE” were both written by the leading researcher on nutrition, so… I defer to him. We can starve cancer cells by removing animal proteins from the diet. That sounds extreme to many, but there are so many EASY ways to do this, you just have to shift gears. Changing diet is much easier than more surgery or chemo, that is for sure.

And a great way to sneak cancer-killing raw GARLIC into your diet.
Basil Garlic PESTO!
2 cups, washed, loosely packed stemmed fresh herbs- BASIL or cilantro or parsley or mint. Basil is the best.
1/2 cup raw walnuts, or pecans or pine nuts
3 – 6 cloves fresh garlic (as much as your taste buds allow)
1/4 to 1/2 cup good tasting extra virgin olive oil, as needed
Sea salt, to taste
Combine the fresh herbs, nuts, and garlic in a food processor and process the mixture until it turns into a coarse meal.
Slowly add extra virgin olive oil in a steady drizzle as you pulse the processor on and off. Process until it becomes a smooth, light paste. Add enough olive oil to keep it moist and spreadable.
Season with sea salt, to taste.
Cover and store chilled for at least an hour to saturate the flavors. Pour a thin layer of extra virgin olive oil over the top to help keep it bright green.
Spread on whole grain toast! And/or spread on toast, top with sliced tomatoes, and a slice of sprouted, organic Tofu.
And, my easy, easy, fast Cashew Cheesecake:
• 2 cups raw nuts (Macadamia, Walnuts, or pecans, or mixed nuts)
• 1/2 cup dates, pitted
• 1/4 cup dried coconut (optional)
• 3 cups chopped cashews, soaked for at least 1 hour
• 3/4 cup lemon juice (or lime juice)
• 1/4 cup honey (OR LESS)
• 3/4 cup coconut oil. HAS to be Coconut Oil!
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (OR MORE!)
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 cup water
Raspberry Sauce: (if wanted)
• 1 bag frozen raspberries OR any berries.
• 1/2 cup dates
1. Process the macadamia nuts and dates in the food processor or Vitamix until smooth.
2. Sprinkle dried coconut onto the bottom of an 8 or 9 inch glass baking pan
3. Press crust onto the coconut. This will prevent it from sticking.
4. To make the filling, blend the cashews, lemon, honey, gently warmed coconut oil (do not use microwave), vanilla, sea salt, and 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth and adjust to taste.
5. Pour the mixture onto the crust. Remove air bubbles by tapping the pan on a table.
6. Place in the freezer until firm. Remove the whole cake from the pan while frozen and place on a serving platter. Defrost in the refrigerator.
7. To make the raspberry sauce, process raspberries and dates in a food processor or blender until well blended.
Large fresh avocados
Fresh Organic Cilantro
Fresh Organic GARLIC (lots!!!)
Fresh Lime (lots!!)
fresh sweet onion
fresh half of jalapeno seeded (or jalapeno slices from a jar are less spicy)
Stick all in food processor, and done!
Eat with Organic NON GMO Chips. Multi-grain. They have good ones at Whole Foods. The Soy Flax ones at Trader Joe’s are good.
Fresh salsa has all the same ingredients, minus the avocado, add more tomato. Throw all over some organic GREENS and you have a great salad!
HEALTHY SOY is great for crushing cancer, and for protein. Get EdenSoy NON GMO soymilk for coffee, cereal, creamy soups, or just drinking, etc…
Exercise! Deep breathing exercises! Air and pure water are vital for healthy cells. Sunshine is needed for Vitamin D – all cancer patients are deficient in D. Get ten minutes of sun a day, and add a good supplement.
Also add liquid B-12 to this diet. No other supplements are needed. The food will give you everything else.
